I’ve spent my career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and brand - working across private, government, and not-for-profit sectors.
Some people are big picture. Some are detail. I've never been able to choose — and I’ve learned that’s what makes me valuable to businesses with ambitious goals.
Most of the businesses I work with don't need another person who can only do one or the other. They need someone who can hold both at the same time to help decide what’s next and make it happen.
Hi, I’m Lauren.
Who I work with.
Most of my clients are building or rebuilding something. They're founders whose vision has outgrown the business. Executives who know what they want the organisation to be, but can't get it to run that way. Leaders of purpose-driven organisations who need the operational foundations their mission demands.
What they have in common is that they've hit a point where good intentions, hard work, and smart people aren't enough anymore. Things need to be designed — not just managed.
No one starts a business for the sake of running one. The decision to start comes from an idea, a conviction, a passion. I love helping make sure the leap was worth it — and that the journey through the highs and lows keeps feeling that way.
What I bring.
Not a narrow specialisation. A career's worth of pattern recognition across strategy, operations, brand, and the behaviour of people inside organisations.
COO and operational leadership
First-hand experience of the competing priorities, hard decisions, and the gap between what a business plans and what it actually delivers.
Brand, marketing and communications
Brand strategy, positioning, content, design, websites and social media — built around what genuinely makes a business worth choosing.
Employee and customer experience design
The internal and external story — how a business talks to its people, its customers, and its market
in a way that's consistent and credible.
Organisational change management
A decade leading complex change programs — from significant IT transformations, internal AI usage policies, security behaviours and HR-led change programs.
Realle results.

Realle supported a real estate agent to enhance testimonial capture, uplift marketing materials for properties and share good news stories.
Better content meant more people through open-homes, testimonials aligned to the agent’s differentiators reinforced their own sales pitches to potential clients and visual capture of the wins (sold properties, rented homes, etc) added even more evidence of the agent’s capabilities.

A recruitment company wanted to test what works across their Facebook and Instagram channels. We got to know the team, why the business was started and what their candidates and employers valued about their services - then we turned it into a multi-month test with new styles of content and job advertisements.
The results showed a big improvement on Instagram in terms of reach and awareness, while it confirmed what their audience had valued about their previous Facebook content style.
Over all, the final report from Realle gave the business valuable data to approach the different channels in the future - seeing Facebook as its most succesfull job advertisement channel over any other option.
